Growing like a weed!

We recently had Tucker's 2 Month Doctor's Visit. He is in the 90th percentile and is growing so fast! When I see new babies, it's hard to imagine that he was ever that little and that wasn't even that long ago!

This is Tucker when he was brand new.
This is when Grandpa, Grandma and Kaitlin Schaugaard came to visit when he was still just a little guy.
This is Tucker now!
He is just growing like a weed, and We have been having a blast watching him grow.

Most weekday mornings Tucker and I go for a walk with Ashley and Sophie to a park nearby. The ducks always are excited to see us.
Sophie likes to tickle Tucker's feet.
A little puppy wanted Tucker to be his friend so he licked his toes.
When we went to Grandpa and Grandma Schaugaard's we were given some clothes for Tucker from our aunt and uncle. Kaitlin and Sandy dressed Tucker in his new BYU fan clothes.
Tucker fell asleep like this the other day.
This is a picture of when Tucker got to meet his Great Grandma and Grandpa Green. He also got to meet his Great Grandma and Grandpa Birrell that just got back from their mission in Alabama, but I couldn't find a picture.
We went to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point. This is Tucker's foot compared to a dinosaur track.
This was at the museum. I think this picture is funny. Look at his little legs just sticking out of the stroller.
When Tucker gets tired, he tries not to fall asleep and kicks his legs and flails his arms around cause it is just too much fun to be awake and play. If I give him a blanket, he likes to play with it, and it helps him settle down and go to sleep. It is also really cute to play "Where's Tucker?" by throwing the blanket over his head. He always pulls the blanket off his head and smiles, and we say "There you are!"

We bought Tucker a life jacket when we went boating with the Laidlaws this last weekend. It was just a little big on him and squished his cheeks together, but it didn't seem to bother him too much.

"He says he has a cold."

So I have had a cold this last week, and I was all worried that Tucker would get it too...and he did. His nose has been all stuffy, and I feel sad that I gave it to him. It was interesting though, the other day I was at the post office, and I had Tucker asleep in his car seat with me. There was a mom and her little girl, probably about 2 or 3 years old, in front of me. I set Tucker's car seat on the ground, and he woke up and was being kind of noisy while the little girl just looked at him. She then turned to me and all matter-of-fact-like said, "He says he has a cold." I apparently should hire this girl for translating.

Well, cold or not, Tucker is still smiling, and I think it is the cutest thing ever! Maybe it is not as cute at 3 in the morning when I am extremely tired as I put him back into his bed after feeding him, and he just looks up at me and smiles so big and seems to say "Yay! Time to play!" But it is cute enough for me not to be mad about it.

P.S.  So thanks to those who voted for Tucker, but I now realize that it makes you go through a time-consuming survey before it let's you actually vote, so really don't feel bad if you don't want to do it!

Panguitch 2009

Panguitch this year was a blast. Since last year's campout, there were 3 new babies that were brought along. Sophie, Katelyn, and Tucker. It's a little different camping with a baby, but we still had just as fun!

Here is our little camping family
3 mommies with 3 babies: Ashley and Sophie, Michelle and Katelyn, and Megs and Tucker
The first time Tucker met his cousin Katelyn. Well, second cousin, or something like that.
Mommy and Tucker
Daddy and Tucker just kicking back and relaxing. Tucker sleeps with his hands up all of the time. He was even hanging out like this in the ultra sound!
There is a song we sing as a tradition while fishing up at Panguitch. We had the idea to make onesies for our little ones and use fabric markers to put some of the lyrics on them. Ashley decided to add a little extra embellishment to Sophie's shirt after Sophie was already wearing it.
Tucker wearing his "Fishy Song Shirt". It lasted only a few minutes until he exploded out of his diaper on it.
Spiderman, er...I mean Danny wanted to share his toy car transformer with Tucker.
The Jones kids hanging out with Tucker
Spiderman let Gary wear his mask for a while. We celebrated Danny's birthday while up at camp and he got a new Spiderman outfit to replace his old one that is super worn out because he wears it EVERYWHERE!
There was a parade in town on the 24th. Here are Gary and the kids trying to fill their bags with candy.
The fire truck hosed everyone down when it went by.
Sandy got a cut on her forehead from the 4 wheeler rack. When the ambulance in the parade threw out Band-Aids, everyone gave theirs to Sandy!
Tucker watched the parade with his grandma.
Here is Tucker in his fishing attire, including a baby life jacket that devoured him.
Fising buddies!
Shooting!
Some more shooting.
Hanging out in Sandy and Wade's Trailer. Thanks for sharing it with us!
Wade putting the 4 wheelers away :(

We can't wait for next year's campout!

Update

So a lot has happened since the last post. I have heard from numerous people that I need to update, and finally here it is. It seems that Tucker has acquired quite the fan club :)

Well, we moved out of the huge house that we have been renting for the last year and moved into a little two bedroom apartment because the Landlords were coming back home. The plan is that we will live here for at least until the end of the year, then move up North so Gary can get his Masters. We don't have the internet yet...that explains the lack of updates on the blog. Right now we are out of town and the laptop seems to be picking up someone else's internet access, so I'm using this as an opportunity to update.

Here are a few pictures of our most recent activities:
