He Thinks He is SO Big

Since our washer started leaking, we started doing our laundry at the Harmon's house. Well, Tucker sees Sophie crawling around all over the place and trying to walk, so he thinks that he should be able to do it too. He will roll over on his tummy and kick his feet and try his hardest to be big and crawl like Sophie, who is 5 months older than he is. He isn't even 4 months yet! He does get frustrated after a while when he realizes that he can't get anywhere.

Another thing he does is, when he's sitting on my lap, he will grab my hands and push himself up so he is standing. He is pretty strong. Here is a picture of him standing up next to the couch. He can stand there  by himself for a long time just leaning against the couch!
Since we found out that we are getting a house, we have also been playing with the idea of getting a dog. Who can say that this kid doesn't need a dog?! We will look up dogs on KSL and then show him the pictures, and he just smiles so big!

Our Little Swimmin' Boy

A couple of weekends ago we went boating with some friends. Tucker came along and hung out on the boat. He was a pretty good sport. Our friend had  a better life jacket for him that doesn't squish his face, like the one we bought for him. When Daddy was in the water Tucker went for a swim too, in the middle of the lake! At first he didn't like it because it was cold, but then he really liked it after he got used to it!

Twist of Events

So we have been renting an apartment in here in St. George since we had to move out of the house we were renting. Some of you may know that we were previously (March-April) looking for a house down here. We put some offers on some short sales, and had some that we thought we might get. But alas, everything was taking so long, and we finally gave up and figured that we would just move up North for Gary to get his Masters. Well, out of the blue, we just heard this last month that our offer on one of the houses was accepted! We are moving there at the end of this month!

Bahaha!

Gary got a link for this in an email. Considering that last month just ended, I feel that it is appropriate for all of the home teachers and visiting teachers out there. I was definitely laughing!
