Easter

Gary and I have been so busy lately...looking for a house to buy (we will be moving for sure by July 1st), finishing our senior projects and assignments due before we get to graduate, weddings, doing our photography, planning for a baby, and more. So I apologize for not updating like I have in the past, but I wanted to post something in honor of Easter.

I absolutely love this painting by Walter Rane. The meaning behind it is so awesome, especially fitting during the time of Easter. "He is not here, for He is risen."

Update

It's been a while since I have updated, but still no name for our little boy on the way. I am more convinced every day that his name will be Torture Boy. For example, look at the cake Gary got for his birthday this last month:

Sandy's (Gary's sister) fiance Wade made this cake for him. Gary's mom and Nate brought it down with them for a surprise visit and  and spent part of his birthday with us. I think that Torture Boy has stuck, no matter what real name we give him.

Well, there is a lot more to update.

We went up North for some baby showers last month. Sandy was having her bridal showers the same day so that family could be in town for both baby and bridal showers. In one day we had two showers for Sandy, and two for me! Then the next day we had a shower with the Haroldsen family (I'm sad we didn't get pictures of that one).

Two of my friends from high school, Alyssa and Brittany, and Me at my shower in Ogden (Brittany is due in June with twins, a boy and a girl!) We should've got a picture with Katie too but she had to leave early
My cousin Elena's cute little boy, Huck, was partying with all the girls
Some friends and family at the baby shower in Ogden
Becky made these cute cakes for Sandy and I, and we took them to the other showers

Michelle and I are due only one day apart!
My old roomate, Dione, from when I was at BYU Idaho came. She just had a little girl a few months ago.

It was so good to see a lot of my family and friends again! Becky and DeeAnn did such an awesome job at hosting the showers, and Sandy was so sweet for sharing her day with me.
